荻野屋 Kai -kai-] New store opening

We are pleased to announce that on January 17, 2025 (Friday), the Gotanda Shokudo, a food hall on the first floor of the Gotanda JP Building, will be open.
We will open the first restaurant of our new business model "荻野屋 回 -kai-", which offers dishes that are an evolution of traditional dashi.

荻野屋 has its origins in a ryokan (Japanese inn) that has been in operation since the Edo period (1603-1868), and continues to focus on the taste of dashi, the basic ingredient of Japanese cuisine.
At the new business model "荻野屋 Kai", we are sticking to the traditional dashi broth and newly developed "kaeshi" as a sign of going back to our roots.
We offer a la carte dishes that make the most of We offer carefully selected alcoholic beverages that go well with these dishes, as well as a wide selection of Gunma-grown wheat.
With an extensive udon menu, customers can enjoy the new 荻野屋 flavor that embodies the spirit of warmth and innovation.
